The Voyage of the Dawn Treader

Edmund (Skandar Keynes) and Lucy (Georgie Henley) Pevensie are visiting their unpleasant cousin Eustace (Will Poulter) when they once again are pulled into the magical world of Narnia. There, they meet up with their friend King Caspian (Ben Barnes) on the Dawn Treader, a ship. They are travelling to find the seven lords banished by Caspian's evil uncle Miraz years before. They go to many different islands, looking for signs of the seven lords. But Dark Island is a threat. It is the center of evil. Each of the seven lords carried a special sword. All seven swords must be laid at Aslan's Table to end the evil. Now Caspian, Lucy, and Edmund must face their personal temptations and fears to end the villany.
This installment of the Chronicles of Narnia is directed by Michael Apted. Personally, I enjoyed it better than the last movie of the series: Prince Caspian. The Voyage of the Dawn Treader has plenty of fantasy adventure and is religious in the end. It also explains Eustace's turn from unpleasant traveller to hero (although he literally changes into a dragon). I rate this a four star movie. It is something the family can enjoy!
